Initialize Service

The following forms will include a few brief questions to assist us with initializing your service. To initialize service we ask for a $150 deposit. This process will be followed up by email with an initial service plan proposal and contract. Should you agree to our initial service plan proposal and sign our service contract, your $150 deposit will be applied to onboarding and configuring your account. You may also reply to our email to request changes or request a phone consultation to review and adjust your service plan and contract to your liking and reissue your contract. If we are unable to agree on a service plan or terms, your $150 deposit will be refunded.
